Mr Roy has over 28 years of experience working with diverse teams across the banking spectrum which included leadership stints in Retail banking and Commercial banking. Prior to joining Bandhan Bank, he held leadership roles at Axis Bank in Retail Liabilities, Branch Banking, and Channels. In his current role, Mr Roy is the National Collection Head for the Bank.
