Investors with dormant accounts are not eligible.

Investors with accounts under debit freeze or total freeze are not eligible.

Investors with blocked or inactive accounts are not eligible.

Investors with accounts marked with debit restrictions are not eligible.
Minor CIF:

Minor CIF accounts are not eligible for ASBA applications through digital banking platforms (Internet Banking and mBandhan app) as minor/minor CIF accounts are not allowed to login.

Minor CIF accounts are eligible for ASBA applications through branch banking channel. In that case, duly obtained signature to be that of guardian.
