Debit Card Limit Modification
- Log in to Internet Banking or the mBandhan 2.0 app
- Go to ‘Discover Product’ from the main menu
- Select 'Debit Card' & select Manage card
- Choose the 'Manage Limit and Preferences' option from the list of active debit cards
- Enable/Disable Transaction and modify limits
- Confirm the changes with OTP verification
- Visit your nearest Bandhan Bank branch
- Provide a written consent to the branch staff to update your debit card limit. Mention your Customer ID, Account no. and the last 4-digits of your debit card number (which will need to be updated)
- Dial 1800-258-8181 (toll free) or 033-40903333 from your registered mobile number
- Press 3 for account-related services
- Press 1 for savings account
- Press 3 for card limit enquiry
- For domestic transaction press 1 or for international transaction press 2
After selecting the menu option, customer can update both domestic and international limits for all channel (ATM, PoS, e-commerce and contactless transactions)
** International card controls can be enabled/modified only if PAN is updated in the Bank’s records.
