Eleventh Anniversary (2026)

Marking 11 Years of Progress, Bandhan Bank celebrated its 11th Anniversary on 23 August 2026 in Kolkata. The celebration was an opportunity to reflect on the Bank's growth journey, honour key milestones, and reaffirm its commitment to creating lasting value for customers and communities across the country.

The occasion was graced by our Chief Guest, Dr Ashok Kumar Lahiri, Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog, who delivered the Anniversary Lecture on the theme, "Global Uncertainties: Implications for India's Economy and Banking Sector."

As Bandhan Bank stepped into its next decade of growth, the event stood as a tribute to the dedication of its employees, the trust of its customers, and the continued support of its stakeholders, all of whom have played an integral role in the Bank's success over the years.
A key highlight of the evening was the launch of the mBandhan Lite App, designed to offer micro-banking customers a simpler, more convenient and accessible digital banking experience. The occasion also marked the inauguration of Bandhan Bank's 2,000th branch, a significant milestone that reinforces the Bank's commitment to expanding its presence and bringing banking services closer to customers across the country.

Adding a special touch to the celebrations was Pratibha, an in-house talent showcase featuring performances by winning participants from across the Bank. The programme reflected the creativity, passion and diverse talents that thrive within the Bandhan Bank family.

The event was further enriched by a mesmerising musical performance by renowned singer Snigdhajit Bhowmik, making the evening a memorable experience for all those in attendance.
