Mr. Surajit Roy Chowdhury leads the Microfinance Business at Bandhan Bank. With over 27 years of banking experience, he began his career as a Probationary Officer and has built extensive expertise across diverse areas of banking. Prior to joining the Bank, he held key leadership positions at ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank, overseeing critical functions across Operations and Liabilities businesses. His deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership continue to drive growth and strengthen the Bank's microfinance business.
