Existing Mobile Banking users follow these steps: |

First time logging in to mBandhan 2.0 app |

| Step 1 |
Download or update the all-new mBandhan 2.0 app from the Play Store or App Store. |
| Step 2 |
Launch the app, give necessary permissions and click on the 'Proceed' button. |
| Step 3 |
Select the mobile number and confirm. If multiple Customer IDs are linked with the mobile number, select the customer ID.

| Step 4 |
Complete the device registration by providing PII or Debit card details. |
| Step 5 |
Enter the OTP send to the registered mobile number/e-mail ID. |
| Step 6 |
Enter the existing mPIN on the login screen to log in to the all-new mBandhan 2.0 app. |
| Note - If you do not remember the mPIN, go through the 'Forgot mPIN' journey to reset your mPIN. | |
First time logging in to the Internet Banking (New) next |

| Step 1 | Log in to Internet Banking (New) using https://netbanking.bandhan.bank.in/ |
| Step 2 | Login using user ID and password or customer ID and password. |
|
Note - If you do not remember the mPIN, go to mBandhan app & reset the mPIN through the 'Forgot mPIN' option or use the 'Forgot password' option available in Internet Banking. |
