Choice of Family Type

• Crest Legacy Savings Account Family Group
• Crest Elite Plus Savings Account Family Group
• Crest Elite Savings Account Family group
• Crest Premium Savings Account Family Group
• Crest Premium Salary Account Family Group
• Crest Shaurya Salary Account Family Group

The Family Group ID will be determined based on the account variant held by the primary customer. The Primary customer must hold the top variant of the savings account.

Note:
Among the family members or customers, the individual holding the highest variant of account from the following: Legacy Savings Account, Elite Plus Savings Account, Elite Savings Account, Premium Savings Account, Premium Salary Account, and Shaurya Salary Account shall be designated as the Primary Member of the group.

Example:
In a family with three members (M1, M2, and M3), each holding a Bandhan Bank Savings Account:

• M1 holds an Elite Savings Account
• M2 holds an Advantage Savings Account
• M3 holds a Premium Savings Account

Since M1 holds the highest account variant (Elite Savings Account), M1 will be identified as the Primary Member, and the Family Group ID will be created under their name. The other members, M2 and M3, will be added to this Group ID.
 

A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members can be included (total 5 members including primary member)
 

Features

Combined Total Relationship Value/Monthly Average Balance

The Family Group must collectively maintain the following Total Relationship Value (TRV) or Monthly Average Balance (MAB) across all linked accounts:

1. Crest Legacy Savings Account Family Group: 
   Total Relationship Value (TRV) of ₹1 crore at Family Group level (SB MAB + Term Deposit Principal Balance as on the last day of the month)
    
2. Crest Elite Plus Savings Account Family Group: 
   SB A/c (MAB) - ₹15 lakh at Family Group level
   OR
   Total Relationship Value (TRV) of ₹25 lakh at Family Group level (SB MAB + Term deposit Principal Balance as on the last day of the month)
    
3. Crest Elite Savings Account Family Group: 
   Savings A/c (MAB) - ₹5 lakh at Family Group level 
   OR
   Total Relationship Value (TRV) of ₹10 lakh at Family Group level (SB MAB + Term Deposit Principal Balance as on the last day of the month)
    
4. Crest Premium Savings Account Family Group:
   Savings A/c MAB of ₹1 lakh at Family Group level

Differential Locker Pricing

Note: Under Family Banking programme, the discounted locker pricing (on maximum 2 locker) shall be extended to the members basis the group category

Accidental insurance benefits on primary member’s default debit card will be extended to other family members

Rewards on Cumulative Group Spends

Now earn Delight Points on Family’s collective spends using Bandhan Bank Debit Cards post achieving a milestone.

Note: Cumulative spends in a quarter on debit cards of the family members shall be eligible for credit of reward points as per defined milestone for the group variant. Same points to be issued to primary and secondary members. All members can only redeem their own respective points.

Under Family Banking Programme, the family members can enjoy discount on loan processing fee (Auto Loan & Personal Loan) as per applicability
