The CSR Regular Current Account is designed for companies mandated under Section 135(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 to spend at least 2% of the average net profits company made during the last three immediately preceding FY on CSR activities. This account supports seamless, compliant and transparent handling of CSR spend across projects.

Eligibility

Every company fulfilling any of the below conditions during the immediately preceding financial year Net Worth>= ₹500 crore OR Turnover >= ₹1,000 crore OR Net Profit > = ₹5 crore
